Being in an improv scene ready to be critiqued is like standing out onstage naked and having the audience point out where your fat sags. It’s frightening because it’s a part of you. But you have to push past that fear and learn to act without thinking, to trust in other people’s intelligence, and to completely throw yourself bare to the word—go out onstage with no idea of what will happen next—because that’s where true creativity comes in.

“15 Palindromes”

Palindromes are words or sentences that read the same backward or forward. Here are some of our favorites.

1. Go hang a salami. I’m a lasagna hog.
